The state subsidizes students who are registered as non-Tibetan students and are employed in Tibet in terms of study, accommodation, teaching materials, meals, military training clothes and physical examination. Accountability of non-Tibetan students should strictly implement the Interim Measures of the Ministry of Education on the implementation of the responsibility system and accountability for college enrollment. (4) Students can obtain academic certificates and degree certificates only when they report to their work units in Tibet after graduation. Graduates who fail to fulfill the targeted employment agreement in Tibet without justifiable reasons will be recorded in their personal files, and the subsidy funds given by the state finance and the training fees paid by the school will be returned to the training school. The training school shall recover the state financial subsidies for the graduates who violate the contract and the training fees paid by the school according to the regulations. When enrolling students in colleges and universities, Party B can enjoy the policies formulated by the state to relax the admission conditions appropriately. 5. Party B enjoys a state subsidy of 8840 yuan per student per year while studying at school. Including tuition (5,000 yuan per student per year), accommodation (65,438+0.200 yuan per student per year), teaching materials (240 yuan per student per year) and food subsidies (200 yuan per student per month). When Party B reports to the school, he must sign the Tibet Directional Employment Agreement before going through the registration formalities for new students. 9. Party C takes the candidates recruited by non-Tibetan students for directional employment in Tibet as the fresh high school graduates who took the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities in the same year, fills in Tibet directional volunteers and writes a written application. Party C is responsible for Party B signing the Tibet Directional Employment Agreement when reporting for duty. If Party B refuses to sign an employment agreement in Tibet, Party C will not go through the registration formalities for freshmen and cancel their admission qualification. Relevant responsibilities shall be borne by Party B. 16. Party C shall be responsible for sending to Party A the new student registration list (copy) of non-Tibetan students entering Tibet for employment and the signed employment agreement. 17. After Party B's undergraduate graduation, Party C is responsible for sending Party B's employment registration certificate, diploma, degree certificate, personnel files, organizational relations and other materials to Party A in a centralized way (teachers' majors send them to the Education Department of Xizang Autonomous Region and other majors send them to the Personnel Department of Xizang Autonomous Region). 18. This agreement shall come into effect after being signed and sealed by the three parties.
