Harbin Women's Federation Preschool Normal School is an institution secondary specialized school approved by the provincial government 1985.

The school is divided into two districts, A and B. District A is located at No.94 Runjie, Daoli District, and District B is located at No.305 Chengxiang Road, Daoli District. The school covers an area of 7,572.89 square meters, with a building area of 473,444 square meters. The rented school building is 1.200 square meters. The school has perfect teaching facilities and strong teachers, and has four majors: kindergarten teachers, kindergarten teachers' English, service and management for the elderly, housekeeping and community service.
