Harbin Engineering University, referred to as "Harbin Project", is located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. It is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Education, Heilongjiang Province, Harbin City and the Navy have established universities, ranking among the "double first-class universities".

On 20021May 16, our school became one of the first members of the "National Alliance of Ideological and Political Education in Military Academy Courses". February, 2022 14 was selected as the second round of national "double first-class" construction universities.
