During the period when President Qiu Gongrong was in charge of the school, the school site was expanded from the Qiujia ancestral hall to the Confucius Temple (now the original playground and student dormitory). The junior middle school in Jiangle County has begun to take shape by changing its school gates, opening sports venues, repairing school buildings and purchasing instruments.
1943 set up a one-year simple normal department for junior middle schools in Changle county, 1946 set up a simple normal school in Jiangle county alone.
1947, people in the cultural and educational circles set up the school board to prepare for the establishment of Jiangle private Guishan High School, with Tang Bangrong as the chairman and Qiu Gongrong as the principal. The school site is located in the Jixian Building (the first floor of the staff dormitory) built in 19 14 and the rented county "Catholic Church" (the No.4 building of the first guest house in this county). The school employs famous scholars Cao Chengzhou, Yu Nuo, Zhang Xianda, Ji Lici, Liu Yishu, and Gao Gao to teach. Professor Chen Yiyuan presented books. During this period, Comrade Jacky and Comrade Wang Huanzhang carried out the work of developing party member and propagating revolutionary theory in the underground party member.
1955 In May, the people's government took over Jiangle County Junior High School (principal Sun), Jiangle Private Guishan Senior High School (principal Qiu Gongrong) and Jiangle County Simple Normal School (Zheng Qubai) and merged to form Jiangle County Junior High School, which was renamed as Fujian Jiangle Middle School.
A few years after liberation, Sun, Li Yaochun, Shen Huaizhu were the principals of junior high school in Jiangle County, and Ding was the principal from 65438 to 0953. By 1958, the number of students increased from 53 in 50 years to 375 in 1958, and the number of teachers increased from 13 in 50 years to 27. With the increase of students, further education has become the requirement of the majority of happy children, so the first senior three students were recruited on September 24 1958. At this point, Jiangle County No.1 Middle School has completely become a middle school, and the school has been renamed as "Jiangle County No.1 Middle School in Fujian Province".
1964, there were 4 faculty members1person, 426 students, 86 books13 volumes and 255 sets of wall charts. At this time, the temple was demolished and a three-story teaching building (now a student dormitory) was built. In addition, the laboratory, instrument room, staff dormitory and student dormitory are built on the left side and rear elevation of the three-story teaching building. The school covers an area of 1 1745 square meters, with a total construction area of 5747.62 square meters. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of its founding, the school held a large-scale celebration.
During 1966, the "Cultural Revolution" movement forced schools to suspend classes, teachers were persecuted to varying degrees, files, books and instruments were destroyed, and schools were paralyzed.
1976. The Party Central Committee led the people of the whole country to smash the Gang of Four, washed away the trauma of Le Yi No.1 Middle School, and revived No.1 Middle School, especially after the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee. At present, there are 0/44 faculty members/kloc, 0/800 students/kloc, 27 in party member and 550 league members. The newly-built teaching building in the school has been pushed forward from the original place to the back hill. There are six floors of teaching building, experimental building, canteen and comprehensive building, as well as two dormitory buildings for employees. The school covers an area of 20000 square meters, with a building area of 13889 square meters. The central avenue from the entrance to the back hill was built, the overpass bridge was built, the playground was opened, six flower beds were enclosed, and flowers, trees and hedges were planted. The whole campus has taken on a new look. Teaching facilities are also close to modernization. Besides physics, chemistry and biology, there are also language lab, music lab, art lab, computer lab and plant tissue culture room. The scale of the library is also developing. Now there are libraries, newspaper rooms, reading rooms, staff reference rooms and stacks. Today, there are more than 25,000 books and more than 65,438+0,000 magazines. The fixed assets of the school are 6,543,800 yuan+0,850 yuan.
So far, the school has held three teachers' congresses, five league congresses and nine track and field games. The school atmosphere is good and the teaching quality is gradually improved. From 1958 to now, 67 1 students have entered the university for further study. Peking University, Tsinghua University, China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai Fudan University and other famous universities all have students who graduated from No.1 Middle School, and students from all walks of life, from leaders to technicians, have graduated from this school.
