Zhong Yang, male, born in May, 1964, Han nationality, born in Shaoyang, Hunan Province, joined the China * * * Production Party in June,199/kloc-0. Before his death, he was a member of the Party Committee of Fudan University, the dean of the Graduate School, a professor of the School of Life Sciences, a doctoral supervisor, the sixth, seventh and eighth batch of aid cadres of the Central Organization Department, and a winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. He has been engaged in the research and teaching of botany and bioinformatics for a long time and has achieved a series of important research results.

Zhong Yang has been committed to biodiversity research and protection for a long time, and led a team to collect tens of millions of plant seeds for the national germplasm bank on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Zhong Yang aided Tibet 16, and traveled all over the most remote and difficult areas in Tibet.
