The state recognizes the qualification of Belarus National University of Culture and Arts.

When you say 33 countries, you mean the major countries studying abroad, in other words, countries with a large number of students studying in China.

Generally speaking, a country with thousands of international students can be called a big country for studying abroad.

However, the number of Belarusian students studying in China is only 1 1,000, which is a small number, so it is not considered as a big country studying abroad.

So you can't find Belarus on the website of the Ministry of Education.

But I can tell you for sure that Belarusian education is recognized by the China government. I went to college in September this year, and two of my friends have graduated and come back to work.

As long as you get the study certificate from the Embassy of China in Belarus before returning to China, you can go to the education department to certify your academic qualifications after returning to China. (There is no proof that it can't be done)
