It is reported that the following libraries are open to the public (with different lending systems):

Sichuan: Citizens of Sichuan University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Southwest Jiaotong University, Southwest Petroleum University, Chengdu University of Technology, xihua university, Southwest University for Nationalities, Chengdu University of Information Technology, Chengdu University (Chengdu University), Chengdu University of Technology and Jincheng College of Sichuan University can apply for free library cards in universities with open libraries. Borrowing books must comply with library borrowing regulations and pay a deposit.

Chongqing: Chongqing University, Chongqing Normal University and Chongqing Institute of Science and Technology have six libraries.
