I. Application conditions

(3) Matters needing attention in registration

Third, assessment methods and implementation measures

(1) Qualification examination

Before the exam, the school will examine the qualifications of the candidates, and the candidates must submit the original and photocopy of the following materials:

The examination methods are as follows: ① Trial lecture; 2 interview.

1. The content of the trial lecture focuses on the professional knowledge and comprehensive ability related to the requirements of the recruitment position, mainly testing the educational and teaching ability of the candidates, and evaluating the classroom teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching organization and teaching effect. 60 points (full score 100) are considered as qualified.

Among those who pass the trial, according to the order from high score to low score, the interview candidates are determined according to the number of people to be employed in each recruitment position 1: 3, and those who are less than this ratio are determined according to the actual number.

2. Interview, implemented in accordance with the measures formulated by the school itself, mainly tests the professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality required to perform job responsibilities. The qualified line of interview results is 70 points (full score 100).

3. Calculate the total score of candidates with a percentage system, with a total score of 100. Candidates will be informed of the trial and interview results on the spot. Calculation method of post final grade: final grade = trial grade ×40%+ interview grade ×60%.

Fourth, physical examination and employment

(1) After the examination, the medical examiners shall be determined from high to low according to the order of final scores and the ratio of the number of people to be recruited in each recruitment position 1: 1.
