In order to encourage graduate students to study hard, study hard and develop in an all-round way, the school formulates this management method according to the spirit of Jiaocai [199 1]98 and Jiaocai [1996]85. Specific matters are as follows:

First, the scope of general scholarships.

1. Non-directional master students and non-directional doctoral students in the national plan;

2. Self-funded graduate students enrolled before the spring of 2006 (excluding MBA);

3. Take the postgraduate entrance examination and study in advance.

Second, the basic conditions for enjoying ordinary scholarships

1, love the socialist motherland and support the leadership of the China * * * production party;

2. Abide by relevant national laws and school rules and regulations;

3. Study hard, master professional knowledge and pass the course.

Three. Criteria for awarding general scholarships

1, PhD student

(1) Those who did not take part in the actual work (referring to fresh graduates and other non-staff members, the same below) or took part in the actual work for less than two years before entering school will be paid 12 months each year;

(2) For employees and college graduates who have participated in practical work for more than two years before entering school, 272 yuan per student per month is paid every year 12 months;

(3) For those who are on-the-job employees before entering school and have participated in practical work for more than four years after graduating from university, 12 months per year, 292 yuan per student per month;

(4) On the basis of the above, the school also increases the monthly living allowance for each student in 340 yuan, which is paid for ten months every year, but not in March and 10 every year.

2. Graduate students

(1) Those who have not taken part in the actual work or have taken part in the actual work for less than two years before entering school will be paid 2 12 yuan every month for 12 months every year.

(2) Those who are on-the-job employees before entering the school and have participated in practical work for more than two years after graduating from college, each year 12 months, 232 yuan per student per month;

(3) Those who are on-the-job employees before entering school and have participated in practical work for more than four years after graduating from university will be paid 252 yuan per student per month for 12 months each year.

3. Doctoral students enrolled after the spring of 2006 (including the spring of 2006) will be awarded general scholarships according to the four-year academic system, and doctoral students enrolled before the spring of 2006 will be awarded general scholarships according to the three-year academic system; Postgraduates are awarded according to the two-year academic system.

4. Postgraduates who study in advance will enjoy the general scholarship for postgraduate students in the first year after admission and the general scholarship for doctoral students in the next four years. Self-funded graduate students must pay the training fee for two years in advance, and do not enjoy ordinary scholarships in the first year.

5. Postgraduates with master's and doctor's degrees will enjoy the general scholarship for doctoral students within five years after admission. Self-funded graduate students must pay for two years of training to continue their master's and doctoral studies.

Fourth, the payment method of ordinary scholarships

1, general scholarship management

(1) Each college (department) shall report the database of freshmen's general scholarship to the graduate school within one month after the freshmen enter the school. The database shall include fields such as student number, name, bank account number and payment amount.

(2) Eligible freshmen can enjoy general scholarships after enrollment. The first month's general scholarship and the second month's general scholarship are distributed together, and the general scholarship is distributed by bank transfer.

(3) The graduate school shall submit the list of general scholarships and the change table of general scholarships for graduate students of Nanjing University of Science and Technology to the finance department before 25th of each month (holidays will be postponed), and the finance department will send the list and amount to the bank before 28th of each month after review, and the bank will transfer the money to the graduate student's personal bank card.

(4) Graduate students who have left school due to graduation (graduation, drop out of school), being sent abroad, dropping out of school, dropping out of school, etc. The general scholarship will be stopped from the month after the approval date. Postgraduates resume their studies after dropping out of school, and the general scholarship will be resumed from the next month after the date of approval. Graduate students who leave school due to reasons such as dropping out of school, being ordered to drop out of school, being expelled from school, etc., will stop issuing general scholarships from the month following the date of school approval. Graduate students drop out of school automatically due to unregistered reasons, and the general scholarship will be suspended from the month after the actual date.

2. Others

(1) Orientation units and entrusting units are responsible for orienting and entrusting graduate students with living benefits.

(2) Graduate students do not enjoy ordinary scholarships when they extend their study beyond the prescribed academic system.

(3) Postgraduates who study for doctoral or master's degrees in advance and return to master's degree training shall return the difference between the ordinary doctoral scholarships they have enjoyed and the ordinary postgraduate scholarships they should enjoy (self-funded postgraduates shall return all ordinary doctoral scholarships).

Five, the management measures shall be implemented as of September 2006, and similar documents formulated before shall be stopped.
