First, write an application for joining the League and submit it to the Propaganda Committee of the League Branch. If you meet the requirements of the constitution, you can join the league.

There is no quota for universities to join the League.

According to the requirements of the constitution, young people in China who have reached the age of 14 but under the age of 28, recognize the constitution of the league, are willing to join an organization of the league and work actively in it, carry out the resolutions of the league and pay the tour fee on time, and can apply to join the productive youth league in China.

Elsewhere in the articles of association, there are no clear restrictions on joining the League.
