1. Guangdong University of Finance, located in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, is a full-time undergraduate college organized by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government. 5. Zhejiang Communication University, referred to as "Zhejiang Biography", has two campuses, Qiantang and Hangzhou Tongxiang. It is a university jointly established by the State Administration of Radio and Television and the People's Government of Zhejiang Province. It has been selected into the National College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Plan, the National Language Standardization Demonstration School and the Zhejiang Application-oriented Construction Pilot Demonstration School.
