Secretary-General: responsible for collecting and repairing all information about the development of the press corps and compiling the league members' files; Responsible for the daily important records of the group and all kinds of meeting records, and organize the monthly meeting of the group; Collect and manage the group's funds; Assist the head of the delegation in arranging the daily activities, regular meeting notices and meeting minutes of the management of the whole group, convey the resolution plan of the meeting of the presidium of the press group to members, establish the files of the members of the press group, contact and select the activity place, and establish a regular assessment system (sign-in form) for the members of the department; Group photo of each press group.
Student reporter: Mainly for the College of Literature. After examination and trial, it shall be reported to the Standing Committee of the Presidium of the Press Corps for approval. During the first session of the press corps, outstanding student journalists from other colleges may be recruited, or selected from the correspondents of various colleges. Student reporters are required to be on duty in the news center and be responsible for the news gathering and writing of the school.
Correspondents of colleges: Invite the propaganda departments of colleges to recommend 1-2 outstanding student journalists, who are mainly responsible for news gathering and writing in their respective colleges. The news broadcast will give priority to the manuscripts of college correspondents, and those who are outstanding can become student journalists.
Network maintainer: Mainly for computer-related majors. The deputy team leader is responsible for interviewing, reviewing and establishing the list, and the network maintenance personnel are mainly responsible for maintaining the website and making special websites.
