Many China students care about the ranking of Korean universities, but it is meaningless. South Korea has no official ranking, because it is easy to cause abnormal allocation of university resources and have a negative impact on some emerging universities.
The big problem in South Korea is that almost all political, economic and educational resources are concentrated in the surrounding areas of Seoul, resulting in a serious imbalance in regional development. So now we have to move the administrative capital to the local area (Chungcheong area).
Every university in Korea has its own characteristics and strengths. These years' experience tells me that the most important thing for international students is how to study hard. It's no use not working hard at Seoul National University.
Every university professor in Korea is a doctor who graduated from a famous university. It is difficult for anyone who has studied abroad to teach in a university now. Therefore, the difference between Korean universities lies not in the level of teachers and hardware, but mainly in the differences in students and places.
