The award of Sichuan college students' A certificate must be won within one academic year. "A-level certificate of comprehensive quality" is certified once a year. College students whose sons meet the certification standards in Article 5 of these certification regulations, and also meet five or more certification items listed in Article 6, and undergraduate and graduate students who meet six or more certification items.
