2. Moscow lomonosov State University (Russian: мосовскингосударс). It is the largest and oldest comprehensive research-oriented institution of higher learning in the Russian Federation, the top institution of higher learning in Europe, and a member of the International Public University Forum, the European Capital University Union and the European University Association.
