Kowloon Lake Campus of Southeast University was established in 2006, located in Jiangning Development Zone, Nanjing. It is the new campus of Southeast University, which was put into use in September 2006. The library of Jiulonghu Campus, designed by teacher Qi Kang, is the largest single building in the whole school and has been put into use. The construction of Jiulonghu Campus is the cornerstone of Southeast University's glory in the new century, and it is also the key link of layout adjustment.

Jiulong Lake Campus will be the main campus of Southeast University. It is the main area of school development and construction in the 2 1 century, the symbol of the image of Dongda in the new century, and the window to display the image of the school and open up cooperation with the outside world; School administrative center, undergraduate and graduate education base, international student training base, science and technology research base.

Since the summer of 2006, the main teaching area of Southeast University has been moved to Jiulonghu Campus, thus opening a brand-new page in the history of Southeast University. Jiulong Lake Campus is located in the south of Jiangning Development Zone, east of Suyuan Avenue, west of Shuanglong Avenue, north of Southeast University Road and south of Yin Ji Avenue, with a total area of 3,752.35 mu.

Based on the historical context of Southeast University, the architectural planning of Jiulonghu Campus adopts the campus architectural form of combining public core teaching groups with professional teaching groups, forming a green and open city of forests and vitality that combines Chinese and Western cultures. Jiulong Lake Campus has a teaching area, a scientific research experimental area, an administrative area, an undergraduate living area, a graduate living area, a teacher living area and a logistics support area, with a total construction area of about 599,000 square meters.

Ten departments of the school, including party and government organs, machinery and computers, and 15000 students have mostly settled in the campus.
