Students will take part in new activities.

Freshmen are eager to develop in all aspects when they enter the university, and at the same time, the students' union also needs to supplement their strength. Shortly after the military training of freshmen, our student union launched a recruitment activity. Freshmen are very active, with more than 90% participants, which makes the presidium and ministries full of vitality. After written examination and interview, 36 freshmen were selected as new officers. After knowing the situation of each department, the secretariat assigns officials to each department. All the information of these officials is kept on file by the Secretariat. After that, a meeting of new officials was held. The whole recruitment activity has made the student union full of vitality, and let us see that the student union will be colorful this year.

4. Assist the activities of various ministries.

The secretariats of activities organized by ministries and commissions participate in the planning and implementation in order to provide mediation assistance. At the same time, it is necessary to understand the specific situation of the activities and the performance of officials, and do a good job of filing. There are some outstanding points in the work of the secretariat, but there are also some shortcomings. We will sum up our experience in time, make up for our shortcomings and make the work of the Secretariat better.

Secretariat work of college student union

According to the purpose and development direction of the student union this semester, the secretariat cooperates with the work of the college to complete the established tasks and organize certain student activities. Guide the development of students, advocate the improvement of college students' learning and ability, care about society and enrich their lives. The specific work is carried out from the following aspects:

I. Hub work

The secretariat is a member of the presidium, and its departmental functions have their own particularity. The important task is to complete the uploading and distribution between the presidium and various departments, convey the presidium's decision to various departments in time, and distribute the work of each department. At the same time, it is necessary to reflect the situation of various departments to the presidium in a timely manner, coordinate the tasks of various departments in the activities, and make preparations for the presidium to make timely work adjustments. The hub work of the secretariat is very important for the operation of the whole student union. This year, this work was completed seriously, which enabled the work of the Student Union to proceed smoothly.

Second, management.

1, the student union management secretariat is responsible for a large part. After the establishment of the leadership of the Student Union, it is necessary to refine the functions of various departments, clarify the division of labor, and train cadres of various departments to make the Student Union a combative whole.

2. Daily affairs management of the Student Union. The student union will hold a regular meeting once a week to summarize the work of the week and submit it to the secretariat for the record. And coordinate and adjust the current activities and the work plan for next week.

3. Commodity and property management. Most of the activities funds and articles of the Student Union are managed and filed by the Secretariat. If a department wants to hold an activity, it must submit a budget to the secretariat, and it can only receive funds after it is approved by the secretariat. Without the approval of the secretariat, the articles of the student union shall not be misappropriated.

For the management work, the secretariat is serious and responsible, and it has been recognized by the presidium.

Third, student activities.

1, the beautiful scenery of environmental protection volunteers

As an environmental college, our college has the obligation to publicize environmental protection. Therefore, our hospital has set up a youth environmental volunteer service team. The secretariat is responsible for the team building and preliminary activities of young volunteers. At the school sports meeting, young volunteers became a beautiful landscape. In addition, during the Sixth Five-Year Plan Imagine the Global Village and the World Environment Day Qingqing Qianfo Mountain activities, the signing activities of young volunteers inside and outside the school were carried out, and young volunteers were widely gathered. Our youth volunteer activities have aroused great repercussions both inside and outside the school, not only the enthusiasm of college students, but also when the elderly and children sign their names.
