The Medical College of Qinghai University (formerly Qinghai Medical College) was founded in September 1958, and Qinghai College of Tibetan Medicine was merged into the college in June 1995. In 2004 10, it was integrated with Qinghai University to form a new Qinghai University, and Qinghai Medical College was renamed Qinghai University Medical College.
The Medical College of Qinghai University has been a multi-level and multi-form medical college with distinctive local and ethnic characteristics for more than 40 years, which integrates general education, adult education and continuing medical education.
