The Basic College of Zhejiang Wanli University implements a paramilitary management model for students. Article 2 The paramilitary management mode emphasizes basic education, which runs through gratitude education, loyalty and filial piety education, honesty education, love education and innovation education, and emphasizes basic civilization cultivation education, so that students can have good knowledge conservation and moral cultivation.

Chapter II Military Training for Freshmen
Fifth in order to meet the requirements of paramilitary management, freshmen must participate in military training when they enter school, and they can get corresponding credits if they pass the examination.

Chapter IV Learning Requirements
Article 14 Computer Grade Examination. Students are required to pass the national computer level 1 exam or the provincial computer level 2 exam in the first year of college.
Fifteenth students in the first semester of the first academic year, the credits obtained are less than 1/2 of the elective credits, and the credits obtained in other semesters are less than 2/3 of the elective credits, giving a written warning; Students who receive written warnings twice or three times in a row during their school days will be expelled;
Sixteenth theoretical courses are mainly evaluated by the final exam, with reference to the usual grades. In general, the usual grades (including class attendance, experiments, homework, usual exams or mid-term exams, etc. ) accounts for 30-40% of the course scores, and the final exam scores account for 70-60%.
Seventeenth students must strictly abide by the examination discipline. Anyone who is absent from the exam without authorization or violates the rules in the exam will get zero score in the course, and the words "absent from the exam" or "cheating" will be marked on the report form, and the normal make-up exam qualification will be cancelled. Those who violate the examination rules shall be dealt with according to the Measures for Handling Examination Violations of Zhejiang Wanli University.
Eighteenth students are not allowed to be late, leave early or absent from school. Those who are absent from school for more than 10 class hours in one semester will be given a warning and kept in school for observation. Being late or leaving early for three times is counted as absenteeism 1 hour.
Chapter V Community Life
Nineteenth basic colleges and universities implement a brand-new community management model. The implementation of dormitory health star rating system, community administrator one-vote veto system, garbage bag disposal system, "three guarantees" system in front of the dormitory, rotation duty system and daily inspection system.
Twentieth students must abide by the "Regulations on the Administration of Student Associations in Colleges and Universities" and other relevant provisions of the school, and live in civilized societies.
Article 21 Develop good hygiene habits. Chapter VI Quality Development
Twenty-second students must participate in the quality development plan of college students during their study in the university. Undergraduate students must get at least 10 quality development credits when they graduate, and college students must get at least 8 quality development credits when they graduate. Those who have not obtained the required quality extension credits cannot graduate. First-year students generally get 2.5 quality development credits as qualified, 3.0 quality development credits as good, and 3.5 quality development credits as excellent.
Twenty-third basic colleges and universities rely on Wan Li's "Four Seasons Songs", that is, Green Wan Li, Humanities Wan Li, International Wan Li and Science and Technology Wan Li and other brand projects to carry out the quality expansion plan for college students.
Twenty-fourth students' quality development achievements will be recorded in the "College Students' Quality Development Certificate", and the dual-certificate employment will be implemented together with the graduation certificate.
Chapter VII Awards and Commendations

Chapter VIII Violations of Discipline
Thirtieth basic colleges shall implement a strict discipline system according to the relevant provisions of Zhejiang Wanli College Student Handbook, Zhejiang Wanli College Student Disciplinary Measures and Supplementary Rules for Militarization Management of Basic Colleges.
Thirty-first whoever does not comply with the relevant provisions of the basic civilization, depending on the seriousness of the warning, informed criticism, warning, serious warning until demerit.
Chapter IX Supplementary Provisions
Article 32 The right to interpret these provisions belongs to the Student Affairs and Development Center of Basic College.
