The new campus address of Shenyang University of Technology is located in Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Tiexi New District. The specific location is Caojia Village, Zhaijia Town, Tiexi New District and some plots smaller than the village. The plot covers an area of about 1.500 mu, and the new campus covers an area of about 1.000 square meters, which is equivalent to 1.500 mu. It is divided into two areas by the 50-meter-wide Hunpu irrigation canal. Area A covers an area of 853 mu; Area B covers an area of 654 mu.

The west and south of the base are planned industrial parks, the east is planned residential quarters, and the north is the Institute of Chemical Technology. Shenpan Highway on the north side is the main road leading to the city center at present, connecting the old campus of the University of Technology in the urban area. The central street planned on the east side will be an important road leading to the airport.

The new campus plans to build various buildings in the near future, with a total area of 450,000 m2, of which the first-phase construction area is 350,000 m2, with undergraduate students 12000 and graduate students 2,000. The construction area of the second phase is 654.38+10,000 m2, and the number of residents has increased to 20,000 undergraduate students and 5,000 graduate students. The long-term estimated construction volume is 45,000 square meters.
