Can I use cash in the canteen of the new campus of Normal University or can people from other schools get a meal card?

A: I'm sorry to tell you that you can't use cash in the new district canteen! Meal cards on campus require teachers and student ID cards and are not open to the public. We won't do it when we go back after graduation, let alone outside.
