In order to strengthen national defense construction, it is one of the important ways to select and train high-level talents in a planned way. On March 25th, 2002, the Political Department of PLA Navy signed a training agreement with Nanchang University, which initiated the work of training military cadres in Jiangxi Province relying on national education. The purpose is to strengthen national defense construction and become a high-quality backbone talent delivered by the army, which is also one of the important ways for the country to select and train planned high-level talents. At the same time, in order to strengthen the education and organizational leadership of national defense students, the school set up a leading group to support the training work. The army and local government invested more than 20 million yuan to build the first comprehensive training building for reserve officers in China, which integrates office, teaching, training, fitness and academic exchange, covering an area of more than 8,000 square meters, including equipment and obstacles.
