It is necessary to bring the valid certificate of the insured person to the relevant departments of the county medical insurance center for written loss reporting procedures. After the relevant personnel of the medical insurance center confirm the information, the loss is reported successfully, and the staff will stop the card settlement within 1 hour.

Third, the medical insurance card replacement process:

1. Bring my ID card or residence booklet and other valid documents to the relevant departments of the county medical insurance center for card replacement or replacement, and the staff of the medical insurance center shall complete the formalities on the spot;

2. The insured person can also bring valid identity documents to the relevant service points, and it will be successfully reissued within 3 working days, and the insured person can receive it within the specified time;
