English name: University of Florida. Short for UFIDA, also known as UFL.

As one of the largest research universities in the United States, the University of Florida is famous for its diversified academic education. 1906 merged with Florida Agricultural College and officially changed its name to Florida University. At this time, Florida College was formally established.
