I think in college, we should learn three kinds of knowledge and skills: sexual knowledge, thinking method and general ability.
1, * * * knowledge.
Including marketing, communication, psychology, management, sociology, history and other knowledge. Because most jobs need to be exposed to this knowledge, this knowledge can be used no matter what industry you are engaged in in in the future. * * * Sexual knowledge may not be learned in class, but we need to learn it ourselves, accumulate it through a lot of reading and taking notes, and try our best to practice it.
2. The way of thinking.
This requires you to put forward reasonable action countermeasures when facing new problems. If you encounter areas that have not been studied, you should use the routine of analyzing the background, identifying the problems, proposing countermeasures, establishing actions and evaluating the effects. If a general framework for solving problems is not established, the future work may lack the ability to solve practical problems.
3. General ability.
Including computer basic knowledge, office software sending and receiving, e-mail, etc. Especially the ability to learn new knowledge quickly, which is the shortcoming that the most advanced general ability can't meet other abilities. If the general ability is poor, many jobs may be incompetent in the future.
In fact, what kind of person you will become in the future is not what the university provides, but what you choose and what you choose to study.
