He used to be dean, vice president and secretary of Xiamen University School of Management, and now he is a professor and doctoral supervisor of Xiamen University School of Management. He is also the executive vice chairman of China Enterprise Management Research Association, an independent director of Xiamen Tungsten Industry Co., Ltd., an independent director of Xiamen Xiangyu Co., Ltd. and an independent director of Shenzhen Airport Co., Ltd..
