Measures for the Administration of Post Recruitment of Scientific Research Teachers in Shandong University (for Trial Implementation)
I. General principles
Article 1 These Measures are formulated for the purpose of further innovating the employment mechanism, establishing and improving the talent gathering, personnel management and salary mode suitable for the construction of world-class universities, and building a team of teachers with reasonable structure, excellent quality and innovative ability.
Article 2 Newcomers entering the post of scientific research teacher have three full-time posts, namely researcher, associate researcher and assistant researcher. Those who pass the examination during the employment period can apply for the positions of professors and associate professors uniformly set up and recruited by the school.
Article 3 Schools shall, in accordance with the principles of "open recruitment, merit-based recruitment, contract management and cost sharing", implement contract management for scientific research teachers.
Second, the recruitment conditions
Article 4 Basic conditions:
1. Love higher education, abide by the law, have good moral quality and teamwork spirit, rigorous academic attitude, strong dedication and sense of responsibility.
2. Young and healthy. In principle, the age of candidates for assistant researcher positions should not exceed 32 years old, the age of candidates for associate researcher positions should not exceed 35 years old and the age of candidates for researcher positions should not exceed 40 years old.
Article 5 A researcher's scientific research ability and academic level shall meet the requirements of corresponding posts in applied disciplines or colleges, and at least meet one of the following conditions:
1. Assistant Professor of a well-known overseas university or research institution;
2. Excellent postdoctoral fellows from well-known overseas universities or research institutions;
3 domestic universities or scientific research institutions have senior professional and technical positions.
Article 6 The scientific research ability and academic level of an associate researcher shall meet the requirements of the corresponding post in an applied discipline or college, and at least meet one of the following conditions:
1. Excellent postdoctoral or doctoral graduates from well-known overseas universities or research institutions;
2 domestic universities or scientific research institutions have deputy senior professional and technical positions;
3. Excellent postdoctoral fellows in domestic universities or scientific research institutions.
Article 7 The scientific research ability and academic level of an assistant researcher shall meet the requirements of the corresponding post in an applied discipline or college, and at least meet one of the following conditions:
1. Postdoctoral or doctoral graduates from well-known overseas universities or research institutions;
2. Conduct postdoctoral research in domestic universities or research institutions;
3. Being a doctoral graduate of domestic universities or academic research institutions at all levels, and having more than two college experiences or more than one year of overseas study experience;
4. Doctoral graduates from domestic universities at the forefront of disciplines.
Third, the recruitment process

Article 9 Basic procedures:

Fourteenth scientific research teachers to implement the appointment system, each term of employment is three years in principle. Those who fail to pass the examination at the expiration of the first employment period or cannot be employed as an associate professor or above by the school within the two employment periods will not be renewed.
Fifteenth scientific research teachers who meet the following conditions at the same time may apply for teaching, research, research-oriented associate professor and professor positions:
1. The employment period has passed the examination;
2. Have more than one year of overseas study and research experience;
3. The job performance after coming to the school meets the recruitment conditions of professors and associate professors in the school.
Sixteenth scientific research teachers who have not been appointed to the corresponding positions after the expiration of the first appointment may apply again during the second appointment period.
Seventeenth scientific research teachers are appointed as professors and associate professors by the school, and the school signs an open-ended employment contract with them, which is included in the management of the corresponding series of teachers.
Article 18. Researchers and associate researchers can apply to enter our postdoctoral mobile station, and assistant researchers must enter our postdoctoral mobile station to engage in postdoctoral research. During my stay at the station, I will manage according to the relevant provisions of the postdoctoral fellow and fulfill the relevant provisions of the employment contract.
Sixth, post-processing
Nineteenth new staff according to the employment situation, enjoy the corresponding post treatment. The salary shall be borne by the school, and the post allowance shall be borne by the post setting unit or research group. For those who pass the annual assessment, the school will pay 50% of the post allowance every year according to the corresponding post, and the school will no longer solve the related treatment such as settling-in allowance, housing monetization subsidy and rental subsidy.

Seven. supplementary terms
Article 21 These Measures shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
