The headquarters of Changchun University now includes: Computer College, Mechanical College, Electronic Information College, Management College, Humanities College, Science College, Foreign Languages College, Software College, Special Education College, Music College, International Exchange College and Raffles College.

The colleges in the west campus of Changchun University are: Academy of Fine Arts, School of Economics, and School of Biological Science and Technology.

Only special education colleges have painting departments and art design departments.
