According to the basic results and related requirements of the re-examination of postgraduate enrollment in Peking University in 2022, as well as the enrollment plan and preliminary examination results of Master of Laws (Law) in Peking University Law School in 2022, our college has determined the list of candidates with re-examination qualifications (see annex 1). The requirements for the preliminary test scores of candidates participating in the re-examination are:

Total score: 360 points, 55 points for foreign languages, 55 points for politics, 90 points for basic professional courses and 90 points for comprehensive courses.

Candidates who take part in the re-examination shall be qualified in accordance with the provisions of the current enrollment brochure. Candidates' qualification examination will be conducted by mail and remote examination, that is, candidates need to send the written materials (scanned and paper versions) of qualification examination to the law school by mail or express delivery, and conduct the identity examination of candidates during the network remote re-examination, and then re-examine the qualification examination materials and the original documents before entering the school.

Candidates are responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of all application materials submitted. In the whole process of enrollment, the law school will further examine the identity and qualifications of candidates. Our school will cancel the re-examination or admission qualification at any time for acts that violate the discipline of the entrance examination, such as untrue or inaccurate materials; If you have obtained the admission qualification or student status, our school will cancel your admission qualification or student status according to the Measures for Handling Violation of National Education Examination promulgated by the Ministry of Education.
