Hohai University Changzhou New Campus is located in Changdang Lake Tourist Resort, Jintan District, Changzhou City, south of Huwu Expressway and north of Changdang Lake, which is relatively remote. Hohai University, referred to as "Hehai" for short, is a national key university featuring water conservancy, focusing on engineering and developing in a coordinated manner with multiple disciplines. It is directly under the Ministry of Education and is jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Water Resources, the State Oceanic Administration and the People's Government of Jiangsu Province.
