2. The household registration certificate (or household registration card) is limited to me, and the official seal of the public security organ is complete. The name, date of birth, nationality and ID number on the household registration certificate must be exactly the same as my resident ID card, and there can be no homophones and variant characters. The name on the account transfer certificate must also be the same as that on the admission notice.
3. The validity period of the account migration certificate is generally not more than one month (30 days), and it can be handled at the household registration police station within the validity period as needed.
4. Apply for a household registration certificate before the start of school. After the start of school, the school will organize students to move to registered permanent residence in a unified way.
If you are a fresh graduate, you need to prepare the following materials:
1. Sign an employment agreement with the work unit (hereinafter referred to as tripartite agreement) and return it to the school employment office.
2. Fill in the Employment Registration Form for College Graduates, stamp it in the talent center, and send it to the school employment office for dispatch.
3. Upon graduation, you will receive the school diploma, registration certificate and household registration certificate. Note that you need to apply to the school to send the registration card to your city before it comes down, so as to avoid redistribution of the registration card in the future.
4. Submit personnel files, graduation certificates, registration certificates and household registration transfer certificates to the talent center, and handle joint letters.
5. Get the contact letter and go through the household registration formalities at the accreditation center of the Municipal Public Security Bureau.
6. Go through the corresponding repatriation procedures at school.
7. Go through the registration formalities in registered permanent residence, the accreditation center of the Public Security Bureau where the original household registration is located.
8, with two certificates or termination of employment agreement, in the school employment department for reassignment procedures.
9, the new and old "registration card" and "acceptance letter", handle the reassignment procedures, stamped in the Provincial Department of Education.
10, with a new registration card, go to the accreditation center of the public security bureau where the school is located to apply for a new Household Registration Certificate.
