Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 In order to fully implement the Party's educational policy, maintain the normal order of education, teaching and life in schools, safeguard students' physical and mental health, and promote students' all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetics, these Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, and the actual situation of our school.

Article 2 The main task of a school is to continuously improve the quality of education with the cultivation of talents as the center according to the national education policy and laws. Manage the school according to law, strictly manage it, improve the management system and standardize the management behavior; Combine management with strengthening education, constantly improve management level, and strive to train reliable successors.

Article 3 Students should study hard in Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, and establish the common ideal and firm belief of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. Establish the spirit of patriotism, with the spirit of unity, peace-loving, diligence, courage and self-improvement; Abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations, abide by citizens' moral standards, abide by the code of conduct for students in colleges and universities, abide by the school management system, and have good moral quality and behavior habits; We should study hard, be brave in exploration, actively practice, and strive to master modern scientific and cultural knowledge and professional skills; You should take active exercise and have a healthy body.

Chapter II Rights and Obligations of Students

Article 4 Students in our school shall enjoy the following rights according to law during their school days:

(a) to participate in various activities arranged by the school education and teaching plan, and to use the education and teaching resources provided by the school in accordance with the provisions of the school;

(two) according to the provisions of the school to participate in social services, work-study, organize and participate in student groups and school sports activities;

(three) to apply for scholarships, grants and student loans in accordance with the provisions;

(four) get a fair evaluation in ideological and moral, academic performance and other aspects. , obtain the corresponding academic certificate after completing the school's studies, and obtain the degree certificate after reaching the school's degree-granting regulations;

(five) if there is any objection to the punishment or treatment given by the school, appeal to the school and the administrative department of education; To lodge a complaint or bring a lawsuit in accordance with the law against the personal rights, property rights and other legitimate rights and interests of schools and faculty;

(six) other rights stipulated by laws and regulations.

Article 5 Students in our school shall perform the following obligations according to law during their school days:

(1) Abiding by the Constitution, laws and regulations;

(2) Abide by the school management system;

(3) study hard and complete the prescribed studies;

(four) to pay tuition fees and related expenses in accordance with the provisions, and fulfill the corresponding obligations of obtaining loans and grants;

(5) Abide by students' code of conduct, respect teachers, and develop good ideological and moral character and behavior habits;

(6) Consciously safeguarding school stability, social stability and national unity;

(seven) other obligations stipulated by laws and regulations.

Chapter III Student Status Management

Section 1 Admission and Registration

Article 6 All freshmen admitted by our school according to the national enrollment plan and enrollment regulations must go through the admission formalities with the admission notice according to the relevant requirements and the time limit stipulated by the school. Those who are unable to enter the school on schedule for some reason should ask for leave from their college with relevant certificates and get approval from the college. Holidays should generally not last more than two weeks. Those who fail to take time off or fail to take time off within the time limit shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as irresistible factors.

Article 7 After new students enter the school, the school shall conduct an audit in accordance with the national enrollment regulations within three months. Those who pass the examination will be registered and obtained a student status. Those who fail to pass the re-examination will be dealt with by the school as the case may be, until the admission qualification is cancelled. Anyone who practices fraud or engages in malpractices for personal gain, once verified, will be disqualified from entering the school, and those who have obtained school status will be disqualified and returned to their pre-school domicile. If the circumstances are bad, report to the relevant departments for investigation.

Article 8. If a new student suffers from a disease unsuitable for studying in school after physical examination, and the short-term treatment can reach the health standard as proved by a medical unit above Grade II and Grade A designated by the school, he/she may retain his/her admission qualification for one year upon his/her application, the signing of opinions by the college and the approval of the school. Those who retain the qualification for admission do not have a student status and do not enjoy all kinds of treatment for students and students who have dropped out of school. Students who retain admission qualifications must apply for admission to the school within one month before the start of the next school year with the certificate of a hospital above dimethyl. After passing the school audit, you can go through the admission procedures with the next year's freshmen; Those who fail the re-examination or fail to go through the admission formalities within the time limit will be disqualified.

Article 9 At the beginning of each semester, students must pay all the fees payable in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school, and go through the registration formalities at the college with the payment voucher and their student ID card. Students from poor families can apply for loans or other forms of financial aid and register after going through relevant procedures. Those who can't report as scheduled for some reason must go through the formalities of asking for leave in advance, otherwise they will be treated as absenteeism. Those who fail to report within two weeks without asking for leave will be treated as dropping out of school.

Section 2 Measures for Performance Assessment and Recording

Article 10 The courses that students study each semester shall be evaluated. The evaluation results will be loaded into the scoreboard and stored in my file.

Eleventh assessment is divided into examination and assessment. The assessment results are evaluated by a hundred-point system and a scoring system (nine-level scoring system: excellent+,excellent, good+,good+,medium+,medium+,pass+,pass and fail). The examination course adopts the percentage system and the examination course adopts the grade system.

The results of the examination course are mainly semester examination results, with due reference to the usual results. Assess the course results and make a comprehensive evaluation according to the students' completion of each teaching link.

Twelfth at the end of the course, the test score must reach 60 points or more, in order to get the credit of this course. For courses with an academic year or above, credits are calculated by semester.

Thirteenth students generally from the third semester, according to the relevant provisions of elective courses.

Article 14 Schools shall implement the system of credit grade points and average academic achievements.

Fifteenth students who have the ability to learn a course by themselves can go through the course exemption formalities in accordance with the regulations of the school.

Sixteenth students must take the compulsory courses specified in the teaching plan. Under special circumstances, according to the relevant regulations of the school, you can apply for exemption to get credits.

If you can't go to physical education class due to physical reasons (illness or disability), you can apply by yourself, and the medical unit designated by the school will issue a disease certificate, which will be reviewed and verified by the school hospital and approved by the Department of Physical Education. After reporting to the Academic Affairs Office for approval and going through the relevant formalities, you can transfer to the health care class.

Disabled students can be exempted from military training after going through relevant procedures, and be given credits according to regulations.

Article 17: Students who have taken courses and have not received credits shall be regarded as not taking courses. If you don't take the exam for some reason, your grade point is 0, and you will participate in the calculation of average academic performance.

Eighteenth students who are unable to take the exam for some reason must apply to the college in advance, and the exam can be postponed with the approval of the college. All postponed exams will be included in the next round of evaluation of the same subject. The credits and scores obtained after passing the postponed examination are treated equally with those obtained in the normal examination.

Nineteenth students should strictly abide by the discipline of the examination room and complete the answer sheet on time. Anyone who cheats in the exam will be disqualified immediately. The grade of this course will be recorded as 0, and no credits will be recorded. The credit will be 0, and the average academic performance will be calculated. The student status file indicates "cheating". According to the Regulations on the Punishment of Students in Guizhou University.

Section 3 Major, Minor and Double Degree

Twentieth students in the first major (major) at the same time, according to the professional plan formulated by the school, according to the "minor plan" in the college or between schools to choose the second major (minor) courses, and pay the fees according to the fees stipulated by the minor.

Article 21 While studying the first major (freshmen's major), students may choose the second major course in their own college or across colleges according to the relevant regulations of the school.

Twenty-second students who study the second major courses in our college or across colleges can be awarded the second bachelor's degree as long as they have completed the academic performance required by each course of the second major and the total graduation score required by this major, as long as they meet the relevant regulations of the state and the school.

Twenty-third students are allowed to apply for a conflict-free course when the time of their major and minor courses conflicts.

The twenty-fourth course of the second major is exactly the same as that of the first major. With the approval of the dean of the college where the second major is located and the academic affairs office of the school, the course can be exempted, and the credits are replaced by the credits of the first major.

Twenty-fifth "minor" and "double degree" registration and student status management in accordance with the "Interim Measures of Guizhou University undergraduate minor (double major, double degree)".

Section 4 Course Selection System

Article 26 Students have the right to choose courses. On the premise of rational allocation of teaching resources, students can choose courses according to the allocation of teaching resources. Students' course selection is based on the guiding teaching plan and is carried out by semester under the guidance of the tutor.

Twenty-seventh for public compulsory courses, you must complete the whole course according to the teaching plan and get credits. Lack of credits in any of these courses will not qualify you for professional graduation. Those who fail to complete the course according to the teaching plan cannot obtain the professional graduation qualification.

Twenty-eighth students must choose courses according to the prescribed procedures within the prescribed time.

Section 5 Transfer from major to school

Twenty-ninth students in any of the following circumstances, can be allowed to apply for professional:

(a) students do have expertise, I apply, professional recommendation, transfer to professional assessment, transfer to professional study can better play to their expertise;

(2) Students who are found to have a certain disease or physical defect after entering the school and can't study in the original major after examination by the secondary hospital designated by the school, but can still study in other majors of the school;

(three) with the approval of the school, students do have some special difficulties and cannot continue their studies without changing their majors;

(4) The freshmen's academic performance in the first academic year after entering the school is particularly excellent, meeting the requirements for changing majors as stipulated in the Implementation Measures of Guizhou University for Excellent Undergraduates;

(five) according to the changes in social demand for talents, the school may adjust the majors of students with the consent of students when necessary;

(6) It is otherwise stipulated by the school.

Thirtieth any of the following circumstances, are not allowed to change majors:

(1) Freshmen have been enrolled for less than one semester;

(two) from the next batch of admission to the previous batch of majors and institutions;

(3) From junior college to undergraduate course;

(four) three (including three) above, two (including two) above;

(five) when enrolling students, it is determined to be a directional entrusted trainer;

(6) Scholars should retire.

Thirty-first students are not allowed to transfer without special circumstances. If you can't continue studying in our school due to illness or special reasons, you can apply for transfer. Relevant transfer matters shall be handled in accordance with the Regulations of the Ministry of Education on the Administration of Students in Colleges and Universities.

Thirty-second students to major, transfer by myself in two semesters (two or four semesters) to the college, by the school in accordance with the relevant provisions of the audit.

Thirty-third students to major, transfer procedures, completed within 2 weeks after the start of each academic year.

Thirty-fourth students must pay the relevant fees according to the relevant regulations of the school after changing majors.

Section 6 Suspension, Resumption and Withdrawal from School

Thirty-fifth students should drop out of school under any of the following circumstances:

(1) The school hospital agrees to suspend classes for treatment and rest for one semester after being diagnosed by a second-class hospital or above due to illness 1/3 or more;

(2) Absence from classes exceeds 1/3 or more in one semester;

(3) For some special reason, I apply or the school thinks it is necessary to suspend scholars.

Thirty-sixth students' suspension time is generally one year (with the approval of the school due to illness, they can be suspended for two consecutive years), and the cumulative period shall not exceed two years.

Thirty-seventh students who apply to join the China People's Liberation Army (including the Chinese People's Armed Police Force) may go through the formalities of retaining their school status. If you have gone through the formalities of keeping your student status, the school will keep your student status until one year after you retire.

Thirty-eighth suspension procedures and the relevant rights and interests of students:

(1) Students who drop out of school must apply by themselves and get the consent of their parents. Scholars who drop out of school due to illness must attach a disease certificate or other supporting materials issued by the school hospital or a designated hospital at or above the second level. After being examined and signed by the college and approved by the academic affairs office of the school, you can go through the formalities of suspension and withdrawal, and issue a certificate of suspension.

(two) students who have dropped out of school do not enjoy the treatment of students in school, and scholarships and loans are suspended. Schools only have the obligation to retain their student status.

(3) Students who drop out of school due to illness go home to recuperate, and the round-trip expenses are self-care, and their medical expenses are implemented according to the relevant regulations of the school.

(four) students who have dropped out of school do not move out of school.

Thirty-ninth students to resume school in accordance with the following provisions:

(1) Students should submit a written application for resumption of study to their college one month before the expiration of the suspension and retention of admission qualifications, and the parents should sign their opinions. With the consent of the college and the approval of the academic affairs office, the formalities for resumption of study will be handled.

(2) Students who have dropped out of school due to injury must have a diagnosis from a hospital at or above the second level when applying for resumption of school, proving that they have recovered, and can only resume school after being re-examined by the hospital designated by the school, reviewed by the college and approved by the Academic Affairs Office.

(three) if there are serious violations of law and discipline during the retention of admission qualifications and suspension from school, their reinstatement qualifications will be cancelled.

Fortieth students shall not go through the formalities of dropping out of school while retaining their admission qualifications and dropping out of school.

Article 41 A student will be expelled in any of the following circumstances:

(a) I resolutely apply for withdrawal from school, and my persuasion is ineffective;

(2) Students fail to complete their studies within the longest period stipulated by the school;

(three) after the expiration of the suspension period, the formalities for resumption of schooling are not handled within the prescribed time;

(4) Those who fail to pass the second interview when resuming school shall not resume school or cancel the qualification for resuming school;

(five) diagnosed by the designated hospital, suffering from mental illness, epilepsy and other diseases, or suffering from other diseases that are not suitable for normal class and collective life, which are difficult to cure in a short period of time;

(6) unable to persist in studying at school due to disability;

(seven) not registered within the time limit prescribed by the school without justifiable reasons;

(eight) did not leave school for two consecutive weeks and did not participate in the teaching activities stipulated by the school;

(9) For other special reasons, the school considers it necessary to withdraw scholars;

(ten) to apply for other schools must go through the formalities of withdrawal.

Dealing with students according to the provisions of this article is only a kind of student registration, not a punishment.

Article 42 For the treatment of students who have dropped out of school, the college shall fill in the Joint Form for Handling Student Status (with relevant supporting materials) and sign specific audit opinions, which shall be signed by the academic affairs office of the school and reported to the president's office meeting for decision, or approved by the vice president in charge entrusted by the president's office meeting. For students who drop out of school, the school will issue a decision to drop out of school and send it to me, and report it to the provincial education administrative department for the record.

Forty-third students drop out of school, according to the relevant provisions of the school.

Forty-fourth students who have been approved to suspend their studies shall be urged by their colleges to go through the formalities of suspension and suspend their studies within a time limit.

Forty-fifth students who have been cancelled or dropped out of school may not apply for resumption of study.

Forty-sixth students have objections to the treatment of dropping out of school, with reference to article seventy-seventh of these rules.

Section 7 Graduation, Graduation, Illiteracy and Degree

Article 47 Students shall make a comprehensive appraisal upon graduation, including political attitude, ideology, moral quality, study, labor and health status.

Forty-eighth students with formal school status can obtain graduation qualifications and issue graduation certificates after completing their academic achievements and total academic achievements in various courses required by their majors within the prescribed study period. Graduation time is calculated according to the year of graduation qualification.

Article 49 Schools implement a flexible academic system. Students with excellent academic performance and completing the minimum credits stipulated in the teaching plan ahead of time are allowed to graduate ahead of time, but the study period shall not be less than the standard academic system 1 year; Students are also allowed to arrange their study progress according to their own conditions, extend their study years and postpone graduation, but the longest school time should not exceed 2 years of the standard academic system.

Fiftieth students with formal school status who have completed the courses specified in the teaching plan within the specified study period, but have not completed the credits required by their major, can be issued with a certificate of completion. Within 2 years after leaving school, graduates can still apply for continuing to choose courses according to regulations and fulfill their obligation to pay tuition fees. After completing all kinds of credits required for graduation of this major, the graduation certificate will be renewed with the graduation certificate, but it does not have the qualification to apply for a degree. Graduation time is calculated according to the year of graduation qualification. Those who fail to meet the graduation requirements or fail to go through the relevant formalities within the time limit will be treated as permanent graduates.

Fifty-first students with formal school status who have studied at school for more than one year and obtained some credits will be dropped out and issued with associate degree certificates. Those who have studied for less than one year will not be issued academic certificates or transcripts.

Article 52 A bachelor's degree may be awarded to students who have obtained graduation qualifications and meet the requirements for a bachelor's degree in our university.

Fifty-third students who have no school status shall not be issued with any form of academic certificates.

Article 54 If the graduation certificate, completion certificate, associate degree certificate and degree certificate are lost or damaged, they will not be reissued. After the loss or damage is declared in the newspaper, the corresponding certificate can be issued. This certificate has the same effect as the original certificate.

Chapter IV Discipline and Attendance

Fifty-fifth students should participate in the activities stipulated in the teaching plan and arranged by the school on time. Students attend classes, experiments, internships, social surveys, labor, military training, political studies, etc. If you are unable to attend for some reason, you must go through the formalities of asking for leave. Those who are absent from school without approval or beyond the holiday will be treated as absenteeism.

Fifty-sixth students must strictly abide by the attendance system and classroom discipline, and must not be late, leave early, miss classes or cheat in exams. Students may not attend classes that are exempted from attending classes and attending lectures according to the relevant regulations of the school.

Fifty-seventh for students who are absent from class, college leaders, class teachers and teachers should promptly give criticism and education. Should be dealt with in time, and inform the students themselves and their parents.

Fifty-eighth a semester absent from class for 20 to 29 hours, given a warning; Those who are absent from class for 30 to 39 hours will be given a serious warning; Those who are absent from class for 40 to 49 hours will be given a demerit; Those who are absent from school for more than 50 class hours will be given probation; Those who are absent from class for more than 60 hours shall be deemed to have not participated in school teaching activities for two weeks, and shall be treated with reference to Item (8) of Article 41.

Fifty-ninth students leave within one day, submit a written application, and approved by the class teacher; Fill in the application form within one day and one week, which will be approved by the head of the college; More than one week shall be approved by the head of the college and reported to the Academic Affairs Office and the Student Affairs Office for the record. The examination and approval procedures for leave shall be kept by the college.

Students go out for internships, military training, social surveys, etc. If it is necessary to ask for leave for some reason, it must be approved by the leading teacher or relevant personnel. Those who are absent from work without leave (or leave permission) will be absent for 6 hours every day. If you can't take time off due to irresistible factors or acute diseases, you will make up the leave afterwards.

Article 60 After the expiration of the leave period, students should cancel their leave to the approver. If you still can't return to school after the vacation expires, you should go through the formalities of renewing your vacation according to the above provisions.

Chapter V Campus Order and Extracurricular Activities

Sixty-first schools should maintain the normal order of the campus and ensure the normal study and life of students.

Sixty-second schools should establish and improve the organizational form of students' participation in democratic management, and support and guarantee students' participation in democratic management of schools according to law.

Sixty-third students should consciously abide by the moral standards of citizens, consciously abide by the school management system, and create and maintain a civilized, clean, beautiful and safe learning and living environment.

Students are not allowed to drink, fight, gamble, take drugs, spread, copy and sell illegal books, periodicals and audio-visual products that violate public security management; Shall not participate in illegal pyramid schemes and engage in cult and feudal superstitious activities; Do not engage in or participate in activities that damage the image and social morality of college students.

Article 64 No organization or individual may engage in religious activities in schools.

Sixty-fifth students can organize and join student organizations in schools. Students who form a group should submit a written application according to the relevant regulations of the school and report it to the school for approval.

Student organizations shall operate within the scope of the Constitution, laws, regulations and school management system, and accept the leadership and management of the school.

Article 66 Schools advocate and support students and student groups to carry out academic, scientific, technical, artistic, recreational and sports activities beneficial to physical and mental health.

Students' extracurricular activities shall not affect the normal education, teaching and life order of the school.

Article 67 Schools encourage, support and guide students to participate in social practice, social services and carry out work-study programs, and give necessary help according to actual conditions.

Students participating in work-study activities shall abide by laws and regulations and the management system of schools and employers, and fulfill the relevant agreements on work-study activities.

Sixty-eighth students to hold large-scale assemblies, processions, demonstrations and other activities should be approved in accordance with legal procedures and relevant regulations. Without approval, the school shall dissuade or stop it according to law.

Sixty-ninth students should abide by the provisions of the state and schools on the use of computer networks, and must not log on to illegal websites or spread harmful information.

Seventieth schools should establish and improve the student accommodation management system. Students should abide by the school's regulations on student accommodation management.

Chapter VI Reward and Punishment

Seventy-first students who have developed morally, intellectually and physically in an all-round way or have made outstanding achievements in ideological and moral character, academic performance and physical exercise should be rewarded.

Article 72 The school may give criticism, education or disciplinary action to students who have made mistakes according to the seriousness of the case. There are five kinds of punishment: (1) warning; (2) serious warning; (3) recording records; (4) Stay in school for observation; (5) expulsion from school.

Article 73 If a student who has been punished by detention on probation has made remarkable progress within one year, he may be released from detention on probation upon his own application, examination by the college and approval by the school. Those who do not change after education can be expelled from school.

Seventy-fourth students in any of the following circumstances, the school can be dismissed.

(1) Violating the Constitution and opposing the Four Cardinal Principles, undermining stability and unity and disturbing social order;

(two) in violation of state laws, which constitutes a criminal offence;

(three) due to violation of public security management punishment, the nature of bad;

(four) taking exams for others, taking exams for others, organizing cheating, cheating with communication equipment and other serious cheating behaviors;

(five) plagiarism, plagiarism of other people's research results, if the circumstances are serious;

(six) violation of school rules and regulations, seriously affecting the order of school education and teaching, life order and public place management order, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of other individuals and organizations, resulting in serious consequences;

(seven) repeated violations of school rules by disciplinary action, education does not change.

Seventy-fifth students who have made the mistakes listed in Article 74, can deeply understand the mistakes through education, and have made significant meritorious service, can be given probation.

Seventy-sixth expulsion from school shall be decided by the school principal's office meeting and reported to the provincial education administrative department for the record.

Seventy-seventh students who are dissatisfied with the school's punishment may file a written complaint with the school within 5 days after receiving the school's punishment decision. The school will make a review conclusion to the complainant within 15 days after receiving the written complaint. If students are not satisfied with the school's review conclusion, they can continue to appeal to the relevant departments.

Seventy-eighth students who drop out of school or are expelled from school will only be issued with learning certificates, and students will leave school within the prescribed time limit.

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

Article 79 These Provisions shall apply to the management of graduate students and undergraduate and junior college (higher vocational) students who receive general higher education. Adult higher education shall be implemented with reference to relevant regulations.

Article 80 These Provisions shall come into force as of September 6, 2005.

Article 81 The Academic Affairs Office and the Student Affairs Office shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Provisions.
