Other considerations are as follows:
1. The first batch of clients: full-time undergraduates and postgraduates in 2020; Part-time graduate students with academic qualifications and/or degree certificates in 2020. The final interpretation right of the alumni card belongs to the alumni work office and information work office of Shandong University.
2. Before applying, please carefully read the Instructions for Handling Alumni Cards of Shandong University (Provisional) in the application interface. After the mobile phone number and business card filled in at the time of application are printed successfully, you will receive the account number and initial inquiry password of the alumni card. Please check it correctly. Please recharge the alumni card as needed, and the balance will not be refunded.
3. Because "V Cartoon" only supports the binding of one virtual card, the virtual campus card (student) previously bound will be automatically unbound after handling the alumni card, but the function of using the physical student campus card (before leaving school) will not be affected. Due to the large number of applications in the graduation season, we will feedback the processing information within 10 working days.
4. The alumni card is for personal use only, and shall not be lent, sold, rented or forged. If the above situation is found, the risk loss and legal liability arising therefrom shall be borne by the applicant, and the right to use the card shall be suspended, and the applicant shall not apply for the alumni card again. Winter vacation, summer vacation and legal holidays are not handled.
