It depends on your major and school. I choose medicine, so there are many courses and practical classes. Occasionally, there is no class in the morning or afternoon on weekdays, and there are very few absenteeism on weekdays (excluding legal holidays). But for example, some liberal arts majors, foreign languages and law, may have more leisure time. Generally, there will be more courses for freshmen and sophomores (there will be fewer courses for freshmen than sophomores) and fewer courses for juniors and seniors. Then the place and time of internship depends on your school and intern teacher.
So, you'd better ask the seniors and sisters about the situation. If you can find a counselor, ask them directly.
Different universities and majors have different teaching models. Generally speaking, classes are held from Monday to Friday, and there are no classes on Saturday and Sunday. Some majors also have classes on weekend nights. University courses are divided into compulsory courses and elective courses. Freshman and sophomore are basic courses and professional basic courses, while junior and senior are mainly professional courses. Elective courses need enough marks to graduate.
