Chapter I General Principles

Article 3 Schools are public full-time ordinary institutions of higher learning with the right to award bachelor's degrees and master's degrees. Chapter III Planning and Access

Article 7 All college entrance examination candidates who meet the registration requirements of the unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities in China can apply for our school.

Article 8 A school shall, according to the actual situation of the school's personnel training and school-running conditions, make overall consideration of the factors such as the quantity and quality of students in various provinces (cities, districts), the coordinated development and support policies in different regions, and the planned arrangements over the years, and determine the enrollment plan by province and specialty. After being reported to the competent department for examination and approval, it will be announced to the public by the provincial recruitment offices.

Article 9 Schools shall, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, set up a reservation plan within a specified proportion to adjust the situation of students in various provinces (cities, districts), and use the reservation plan in strict accordance with the relevant regulations and procedures of the Ministry of Education and the provinces (cities, districts). The use principle shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school.

Article 10 Among the candidates whose scores in the cultural examination of the college entrance examination have reached the admission control scores of the same batch in the local provinces (cities, districts), the school shall, according to the number of enrollment plans of each subject, access the candidates' files within the range of the file transfer ratio stipulated by each province and select the best candidates.

Article 14 All art majors in our school accept both arts and sciences, and the comprehensive arts and sciences line up at the same time (unless explicitly required by the provincial admissions office). The specific admission methods for art majors are as follows:

(1) Fine Arts and Design (including animation) major: The school recognizes the unified (joint) examination results of fine arts and design majors in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and selects the best candidates from high scores to low scores according to the candidates' filing scores and professional aspirations [the filing scores are implemented according to the unified standards of all provinces; If there is no unified conversion standard in each province, the students will be selected according to their comprehensive scores from high to low (comprehensive scores = provincial professional unified (entrance examination) scores *60%+ college entrance examination cultural scores * 40%); The comprehensive scores are the same, ranking by professional scores].

(2) Performance (costume performance) major: Minimum height requirements: boys 1.86m, girls1.70m.. In order to recognize the results of the unified examination of drama, film and television (clothing performance major) in Hubei Province, candidates from outside Hubei Province need to take the school examination and obtain a certificate. Fifteenth schools set up a qualified line for English majors, and the scores of English majors are calculated according to the total score 150, and converted according to the actual total score of English majors in the college entrance examination in each province (city, autonomous region).

The qualified lines of professional English are: environmental design (Sino-foreign cooperative education), visual communication design (Sino-foreign cooperative education) and digital media art (Sino-foreign cooperative education): 60 points; Accounting (acca):120; Finance (CFA): 120. Non-English language candidates should carefully apply for the above majors.

Article 16 Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools only admit candidates who fill in the professional volunteers of Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools, and any adjustment in majors is deemed as an adjustment between majors. Candidates admitted by Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools may not be transferred to non-Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools after admission.

Chinese-foreign cooperative universities: the foreign cooperative university of environmental design, visual communication design and digital media art is Birmingham City University; The University of International Cooperation in Fashion and Fashion Design is the University of Japanese Culture Institute; The University of International Cooperation in Textile Engineering is the University of Manchester.

Article 18 Except for the majors specially indicated in the enrollment plan, the school is not limited to candidates taking foreign languages. However, due to the limitations of school conditions, the school will arrange English as the first foreign language teaching after freshmen enter school.

Chapter IV Admission of Freshmen

Twenty-first freshmen should report for duty within the time specified in the admission notice, and those who cannot enroll on time for some reason should ask for leave from the school.
