The school hired famous professors from Capital Normal University to form an expert group, and conducted all-round training for teachers from all provinces and cities in China 15 by means of centralized lectures, on-site observation, video analysis, lecture reports and reflection on teaching cases, thus creating an excellent team of teachers. Existing teachers 125, with an average age of about 32 years old, all of whom have bachelor degree or above (16 master degree). Among them, there are 3 special-grade teachers, more than 60 senior and first-class teachers in middle schools, 1 teacher was hired as a master's tutor in education, a class-a talent tutor in Guangxi Gardener Project, 1 teacher was awarded as a class-b talent in Guangxi Gardener Project, 3 teachers were hired as members of the expert group of Guilin Basic Education Curriculum Reform, more than 20 teachers were awarded as excellent teachers or teaching experts at the municipal level, and more than 20 teachers participated in the municipal quality class competition and foundation.
