2. Party activists should be proficient in Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, Theory of Three Represents and Scientific Outlook on Development. However, they should study hard and seriously, and guide their actions with Marxist positions, viewpoints and methods.
3. Party activists need to establish a firm political stance and cultivate strong political acumen and discrimination, which requires us to see clearly the direction of right and wrong, always maintain a high degree of consistency with the CPC Central Committee in thought, words and deeds, and unite, influence and drive comrades around us through practical work and life.
4. Learning the history of the Party and party constitution is an important way for activists to deepen their understanding of the Party and improve their ideological and political consciousness. A person who actively approaches the Party organization should know the history of the Party, but in fact, many students know little about the 89-year history of the Party, or lack knowledge, or are incomplete and unsystematic, so they must learn about the Party through study.
An excellent activist should have a firm political stance, strong political acumen and political determination. Political stance is a concentrated expression of political consciousness, and also a concrete expression of party member's political role at a critical moment.
The basic steps to determine the party activists are:
1, submit the application;
2. Recommended by the Party branch;
3. The branch talks with the applicant;
4. party member and non-party member vote;
5. Hold a branch meeting, identify activists from the applicants and report to the higher party committee for approval;
6. With the approval of the Party Committee, officially enter the inspection period and fill in the Registration Form for the Investigation of Activists Joining the Party. The inspection period is one year.
