Adult education in Guangxi Medical University began in March 1959, and ceased for more than ten years during the Cultural Revolution. 1984, the school resumed night university. Since the resumption of Night University in 1984, Guangxi Medical University has set up correspondence stations in Guilin and Guigang to recruit students on the basis of Night University.

The correspondence majors offered in your teaching point include clinical medicine, nursing, preventive medicine, stomatology, pharmacy, medical aesthetics, medical imaging, stomatology, medical examination, rehabilitation medicine and so on.

There are nearly 40 full-time teachers in the Adult Education College of Guangxi Medical University, running schools in Guilin and Guigang.
