According to the first-level response requirements for launching major public health emergencies in Fujian Province, outsiders and vehicles are refused to enter the campus. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Before entering the campus (including the East Campus), all personnel must pass the temperature test (no abnormality), identity verification, registration and permission of security personnel before entering: 1. Teachers and students must show their staff cards or work permits, student cards or student cards; 2. The family members, residents and tenants of Bian Xi Village who live in the staff dormitory must show their ID cards or residence permits, and register the information such as the head of household and residence. Students who have not registered to stay in school during the winter vacation are not allowed to enter school before receiving the notice of returning to school.

Two, refused to outsiders and vehicles (including delivery) into the campus. Foreigners who need to enter the campus due to special circumstances should be tested for their body temperature (no abnormality), show valid certificates to register the reasons for their visit, and the school invites units or individuals to sign at the gate for confirmation before entering the campus.

3. Temporarily close some passages in and out of the campus: close the southwest gate (the new west gate) and the west gate (the stone steps connecting the Third Ring Road), and the northwest gate (the old west gate) can only go out (the passage in and out of the school is closed). All motor vehicles enter the school from the east gate and the south gate.
