I. General principles
Article 1 In order to standardize the postgraduate enrollment management in our university, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the National Regulations on Postgraduate Enrollment Management in 2020 (J [2019] No.6) issued by the Ministry of Education.
Article 2 Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications is a national "double-first-class" construction university and a key construction university in Jiangsu Province with engineering as the main body, information as the feature, science, engineering, economics, management, literature, teaching, literature and law as the subjects, and the coordinated development of doctoral, master's and undergraduate education.
Article 3 In 2020, our school will recruit graduate students from 38 postgraduate enrollment majors in 16 colleges. For details, please refer to the 2020 Master's Admissions Professional Catalogue.
Article 4 Postgraduate enrollment adheres to the principles of on-demand enrollment, comprehensive evaluation of morality, intelligence and physique, merit-based admission and quality-oriented.
Article 5 The enrollment targets are mainly undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications, undergraduate graduates and China citizens with the same academic qualifications as undergraduate graduates.
Article 6 There are two ways for graduate students to learn: full-time graduate students and part-time graduate students. The enrollment of full-time and part-time postgraduate examinations is based on the unified requirements of the state and implements the same policies and standards.
Full-time graduate students refer to graduate students who meet the requirements of national postgraduate enrollment, pass the postgraduate entrance examination and are admitted to our school, and study full-time at school within the specified time. Part-time graduate students refer to graduate students who meet the requirements of national postgraduate enrollment and pass the postgraduate entrance examination and are admitted to our school. During the period stipulated by the school, while engaging in other professional or social practice, take a variety of ways and flexible time arrangements for part-time study. In principle, part-time graduate students recruit on-the-job targeted employment personnel.
Second, the management organization and its responsibilities
Article 7 In accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, the school shall set up an enrollment committee to be responsible for the enrollment of the school. The main duties of the Admissions Committee are to determine the annual enrollment scale, examine and approve the annual enrollment plans and enrollment regulations of different majors, and coordinate and solve major problems in enrollment.
Article 8 The Postgraduate Admissions Office of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications is the permanent organization of the school to organize and implement the enrollment work, and is specifically responsible for the daily work of postgraduate enrollment.
The discipline inspection and supervision department of the school is responsible for supervising the enrollment of graduate students.
Three, enrollment plan and conditions for admission
Article 9 In 2020, our school plans to recruit about 1935 graduate students (including full-time and part-time graduate students), and the final total enrollment is subject to the enrollment plan documents officially issued by the Ministry of Education. The enrollment plan includes test-free students. At the time of admission, our school will adjust the enrollment plan according to the relevant documents of the school and the number of enrollment plans finally issued by the Ministry of Education, candidates' application, students' enrollment and online status.
It is planned to recruit 25 "Retired College Student Soldiers".
Students can obtain graduation certificates and degree certificates after completing their studies in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school.
Article 10 A person who signs up for the national postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:
1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.
2. Support the leadership of the China * * * production party, have good moral character and abide by the law.
3. Physical health status meets the medical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the school.
4. The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education organized by ordinary universities and adult colleges) and those who can graduate through self-study exams and online education must obtain nationally recognized undergraduate diplomas before they can enter the school in that year.
(2) Persons with a nationally recognized undergraduate degree.
(3) Those who have obtained a nationally recognized diploma of higher vocational colleges for two years or more (from graduation to the date of admission in the current year, the same below), graduated from undergraduate courses and obtained a nationally recognized diploma, and meet the specific business requirements put forward by our school for candidates, apply as undergraduate graduates.
(4) Persons who have obtained a master's or doctoral degree.
Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.
Eleventh registration to participate in the national professional degree postgraduate entrance examination, according to the following provisions.
1. Those who have signed up for the entrance examinations for MBA (professional code 125 100), engineering management (professional code 12560 1) and project management (professional code 125602).
(1) meets the requirements of Item 1, 2 and 3 of Article 10.
(2) Persons who have worked for more than 3 years after graduating from university; Or a person who has more than 5 years of work experience after obtaining a diploma from a nationally recognized higher vocational college and has reached the same academic level as a college graduate; Or a person who has obtained a master's degree or doctoral degree and has more than 2 years of work experience.
2. Apply for master's degree in engineering management except MBA (professional code 125 100), engineering management (professional code 12560 1) and project management (professional code 125602).
Twelfth self-study examination and online education undergraduates who can obtain the nationally recognized undergraduate diploma must go through the online registration and on-site confirmation procedures with the relevant certificates issued by the provincial higher education self-study examination office or online education university that issued the diploma before entering the school. After confirming the information on site, submit the following application materials to the research and recruitment office: 1, relevant certificates issued by the self-study office or online education universities; 2, the entrance examination registration information form; 3. Undergraduate transcripts.
Thirteenth candidates with the same academic qualifications are not allowed to apply for master's degree in our school, but they must have studied more than six undergraduate courses corresponding to their majors through the national self-study examination or adult college entrance examination, and their grades are qualified. After confirming the information on site, the following application materials should be sent to the research and recruitment office: 1, a copy of the graduation certificate of higher vocational college or undergraduate course; 2, the entrance examination registration information form; 3. Proof of achievement of advanced undergraduate courses.
Article 14 To apply for a master's degree in our university with an overseas degree, you must submit the following application materials to the Admissions Office after confirming the information on the spot: 1, the certificate of foreign academic degree issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education; 2, the entrance examination registration information form; 3. Undergraduate transcripts.
Article 15 In 2020, our school will continue to set up a special enrollment plan for "Retired College Soldiers" for graduate students. Candidates who apply for the special postgraduate enrollment plan of "Retired College Soldiers" should be college students who have joined the army and retired from active service and meet the requirements for postgraduate enrollment ("college students" refer to full-time graduates (including higher vocational colleges), graduate students, students and freshmen with second bachelor's degrees, and graduates (past) and freshmen recruited by adult colleges (higher vocational colleges). Candidates should choose to fill in the special plan for retired college students and soldiers, and fill in the relevant information such as enrollment, enlistment and retirement. Fill in my enlistment approval number and my discharge certificate number accurately as required.
IV. Time and Method of Registration
Sixteenth registration includes two stages: online registration and on-site confirmation. Candidates who take part in the postgraduate entrance examination must register online at the registration site, confirm the online newspaper information and collect relevant electronic information such as their own images, and pay the registration fee according to the regulations.
In principle, fresh graduates should choose the registration point of the province (autonomous region or municipality) where their school is located to handle online registration and on-site confirmation procedures;
Other candidates (including those with professional degrees in business administration and engineering management). ) you should choose the registration point designated by the provincial education entrance examination institution where you work or live to go through the online registration and on-site confirmation procedures.
The technical service of online registration is the responsibility of the National College Students' Information Consultation and Employment Guidance Center. On-site confirmation is organized by provincial education entrance examination institutions.
When the staff at the registration point find that the candidates have forged documents, they shall notify the public security organ and cooperate with the public security organ to temporarily detain the relevant documents.
Seventeenth online registration requirements:

During the registration period, candidates can modify the online registration information or fill in the registration information again, but one candidate can only keep one valid registration information. If no supplementary report is made within the time limit, the registration information shall not be modified.
Candidates only fill in one major of our school when they register. After the examination is over and the Ministry of Education announces the basic requirements for the re-examination of candidates' preliminary test results, candidates can learn about our school's adjustment methods, planned balances and other information through the "Yan Zhaowang" adjustment service system, and independently fill in multiple adjustment volunteers according to relevant regulations.
4. Applicants with the same academic qualifications should truthfully fill in the learning situation and provide real materials according to the requirements of our school.
5. Candidates should accurately fill in the rewards and punishments received, especially in the national education examinations such as the entrance examination for ordinary and adult colleges and universities, the national postgraduate entrance examination, and the self-study examination for higher education. Those who resort to deceit will be dealt with severely in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examinations and the Interim Measures for Handling Violations of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities.
6. During the registration period, candidates' academic qualifications (student status) information will be queried online, and candidates can query their academic qualifications (student status) results online. Candidates can also log on to the China Higher Education Student Information Network (website:) to inquire about their academic qualifications (student status) before or at the time of registration.
Candidates who fail to pass the online education (student status) verification should complete the education (student status) verification within the time specified by our school.
7. Candidates who apply for the special postgraduate enrollment plan of "Retired College Soldiers" should be college students who have joined the army and retired from active service and meet the requirements for postgraduate enrollment [college students refer to full-time graduates (including higher vocational colleges), graduate students, students and freshmen with second bachelor's degrees, as well as graduates (past), students and freshmen recruited by adult colleges (higher vocational colleges). Candidates should choose to fill in the special plan for retired college students' soldiers when registering, and fill in the enrollment information before enlistment and relevant information such as enlistment and retirement as required.
8. National defense students and active servicemen who apply for our school should carefully read and understand the relevant application requirements in advance, abide by the confidentiality provisions, and fill in the application information as required. 9. Candidates should carefully understand and choose to fill in their volunteers in strict accordance with the application conditions and relevant policy requirements. If you do not meet the requirements of the application conditions and relevant policies, resulting in the subsequent failure to conduct on-site confirmation, examination, retest or admission, the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.
10. Candidates should fill in their personal online registration information accurately and provide real materials as required. If the information in the online newspaper is incorrect or untrue, the candidates cannot take the exam, retest or admission, and the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.
Article 18 On-site confirmation requirements:
1. All candidates (except those who are exempt from the test) should check and confirm their online registration information at the designated place of the registration point within the specified time, and will not reissue them after the time limit. The on-site confirmation time is 2019165438+1early October, and the specific time will be determined and announced by the provincial education entrance examination institutions where the registration is located.
2. Candidates need to submit their resident ID card, academic degree certificate (fresh graduates hold student ID card) and online registration number for on-site confirmation, which will be checked by the staff at the registration point. Candidates who apply for the special postgraduate enrollment plan of "Retired University Student Soldiers" should also submit their "Approval Letter for Joining the Army" and "Certificate of Retirement from Active Service".
3. Please check and confirm your online registration information carefully. The registration information shall not be modified after being confirmed by the candidates, and all the consequences caused by the candidates' filling errors shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
4. Candidates should pay the registration fee as required.
5. Candidates should cooperate with the collection of personal images and other related electronic information according to the provisions of the registration point.
Article 19 Candidates should log in to the "Research Recruitment Network" with their user names and passwords from February 20 19 to February 23/20 18, and download and print the admission ticket by themselves. The admission ticket is printed in A4 format with white paper, and the front and back sides shall not be altered or written during use. Candidates take the initial test and re-test with the downloaded and printed admission ticket and resident ID card.

Article 20 In 2020, the initial examination time for the national postgraduate entrance examination is 20 19, 12, 1 22 (8: 30 am-165438+0: 30 pm,14: 00-.
The examination time is based on Beijing time. The country will not recognize the postgraduate entrance examination that is not held on the specified date.
The examination place will be notified separately by each test center.
Article 21 The preliminary examination subjects: Ideological and Political Theory, English I, English II (full mark 100), Math I, Math II, Math III (full mark 150), comprehensive ability of the joint entrance examination for management (full mark 200) were put forward by the Ministry of Education, and other subjects were put forward by our school. The examination outline was published on the graduate enrollment information network of our school.
The ideological and political theory examinations of MBA, MPAcc and MEM in engineering management, project management, logistics engineering and management are conducted by the school in the second interview, and the results are included in the total score of the second interview.
Article 22 Time and form of interview:
1. On the basis of the basic requirements of the initial test results determined by the state and combined with our enrollment and enrollment plan, our school has determined the basic requirements of the initial test results of graduate candidates and the list of candidates for re-examination. The re-examination time of our school is in late March 2020, and the specific time and method will be notified separately.
According to the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education, our school independently determines and announces the requirements for candidates in the special postgraduate enrollment plan of "Retired University Soldiers" to enter the re-examination and accept the requirements for candidates in the special postgraduate enrollment plan of "Retired University Soldiers" from other enrollment units.
2. Candidates who meet the requirements in the initial test must take the retest, which will be arranged in Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Before the re-examination, the candidates' resident ID card, academic degree certificate (subject to the graduation certificate obtained before the deadline for confirmation at the registration site), academic certificate report, student ID card and other original registration materials and candidates' qualifications shall be strictly reviewed, and those who do not meet the requirements shall not be re-examined.
3. The second interview takes the form of difference, and the difference ratio is generally not less than 120%. Re-examination includes foreign language listening, oral examination, written examination of professional knowledge (the re-examination subject shall not be the same as the initial examination subject) and comprehensive interview. The re-examination focuses on the innovation ability, professionalism and comprehensive quality of candidates, and those who fail the re-examination will not be admitted.
4. Candidates who participate in the re-examination with the same academic ability must try two additional undergraduate courses related to the reported major. The additional test subjects shall not be the same as the initial test and retest subjects. The additional test method is written test. Adult education graduates and self-taught and online education candidates who have not yet obtained the undergraduate diploma at the time of re-examination must take it again in the re-examination. Candidates with the same academic ability who apply for MBA and master of engineering management can not take the exam.
5. Our school implements a two-way selection system for teachers and students, and determines the research direction and tutor in the second interview stage. Candidates who pass the re-examination can choose re-examination subjects, fill in tutors and research directions through the "Master Admissions Management Information System" of our school.
Sixth, adjustment
Twenty-third our school will determine and publish the specific requirements and procedures for the adjustment work according to the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education.
Seven, physical examination
Twenty-fourth physical examination arrangements will be made after the candidates plan to enter the school, and the specific time will be notified separately.

Eight, admission
Article 25 Our school shall determine the list of candidates to be admitted according to the enrollment plan issued by the Ministry of Education, candidates' initial and re-examination results, usual academic performance, ideological and political quality, moral assessment and physical health.
After the list of candidates to be admitted is confirmed, the school sends a letter to the unit where the candidates are located, such as personnel files and actual performance. The written materials of the actual performance of candidates need to be stamped by the personnel and political departments of the unit where the candidates' personal files are located.
The school regards the examination integrity of candidates as an important content of ideological and political quality and moral assessment and an important basis for admission. Those who fail the ideological and political quality and moral assessment will not be admitted.
Twenty-sixth graduate employment methods are divided into two types: directional employment and non-directional employment. Graduate students with targeted employment are employed according to targeted contracts, and signed targeted employment contracts with schools and employers before admission. If it is not handled according to the regulations, the admission notice will not be issued. Non-directional graduate students choose employment in both directions by themselves and the employer.
Candidates applying for a master's degree and problems arising from their work units shall be handled by the candidates themselves. If the candidate cannot be re-examined or admitted, the school will not be responsible.
Twenty-seventh freshmen should report on time. Those who can't report on time must have justified reasons and relevant certificates, and ask for leave from our school. Those who fail to report for 2 weeks without reason will be disqualified. Undergraduate graduates and candidates who can graduate through self-study and online education at that time will be disqualified if they fail to obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma at the time of admission.
Nine, accept and recommend the exemption of postgraduate majors and methods.
Article 28 Except for MBA (professional code 125 100), engineering management (professional code 12560 1) and project management (professional code 125602), there are other academic postgraduate enrollment majors and majors in our school. All doctoral enrollment majors in our school accept direct doctoral students, and students who are recommended to be exempted from exams can apply for direct doctoral studies. For the specific admission method, please refer to the "Admission Measures for Directly Studying for Doctoral Degree in Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications".
The school has set up a "special scholarship for recommending new graduate students who are exempt from examination" to reward outstanding graduate students and direct students who are admitted without examination.
Twenty-ninth students who have been selected and confirmed by undergraduate schools must log in to the "National Recommended Excellent Undergraduate Graduates' Information Disclosure and Management Service System" (website: /tm) within the time specified by the state, fill in their volunteers and take part in the second interview. Students who have been admitted to our school are not allowed to take the postgraduate examination of that year, otherwise their admission qualification will be cancelled.
X academic system and tuition fees
Article 30 The academic postgraduate education system in our school is 3 years, and the professional postgraduate education system is 2-3 years (including 2 years for 055 100 Master of Translation and 3 years for others).
Thirty-first freshmen should pay tuition and accommodation fees in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school. The specific charging standards are subject to the charging items and standards approved by the price department of Jiangsu Province.
XI。 Scholarships and other explanations
Article 32 Scholarships and grants shall be granted in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Evaluation of National Scholarships for Postgraduates of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, the Detailed Rules for the Evaluation of Academic Scholarships for Postgraduates of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, the Measures for the Administration of National Scholarships for Postgraduates of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and the Measures for the Implementation of "Three Helps" for Postgraduates of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. In addition, the school has also set up a "special scholarship for recommending new students who are exempt from exams" to reward full-time graduate students and direct students who are admitted without exams.
Thirty-third admitted candidates who retain the qualification for admission must apply before admission and go through the relevant formalities with the consent of the school. Have worked before entering school 1 to 2 years.
Article 34. Anyone who practices fraud (including students who are exempt from taking the exam), once verified, will be disqualified from examination, admission or school status according to relevant regulations, and the relevant information of the candidates will be notified to their schools or units and recorded in the candidates' personnel files.
Twelve. Information disclosure
Article 35 According to the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Key Work Arrangements of the Current Government Information Disclosure (Guo Ban Fa [2013] No.73) and the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Further Promoting the Information Disclosure of College Admissions (Jiao Han [2013] No.9), our school strictly implements the information disclosure system of enrollment, establishes an information network for graduate students, and releases the re-examination list in time. To ensure that the complaint channels of candidates are smooth and the postgraduate enrollment work is standardized and transparent.
Colleges and universities are responsible for the disclosure of postgraduate enrollment information, so they should be accurate, standardized, full and timely in strict accordance with the regulations, and do a good job in checking and explaining the public information according to the principles of "who makes it public, who checks it" and "who makes it public, who explains it".
Thirteen. Violation handling
Thirty-sixth candidates who violate the examination management regulations and examination room discipline in the postgraduate entrance examination will be severely dealt with according to the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations (Order No.33 of the Ministry of Education).
Relevant units will record the fact that candidates violate the rules or cheat in the postgraduate entrance examination in the integrity file of candidates in the national education examination, and inform the school or unit where the candidates are located and record them in the personnel file of candidates as an important reference for their future study and employment.
