The second layer is the operational execution layer. Including warehouse management (WMS), transportation management (TMS), process management (PM) and event management (EM) and other application systems.

The third layer is the planning collaboration layer. Including supply chain planning and network design, demand planning and advanced planning/advanced scheduling (AP/AS), B2B business integration (collaboration) applications.

The fourth layer is the strategic decision-making layer. At this level, there are not many software systems that can help leaders decide the strategic direction of enterprises, find the core competitiveness of enterprises, and decide what kind of competition and development strategies enterprises adopt. Leadership thinking is probably the best system. The four levels of supply chain informatization correspond to the strategy, planning and implementation of supply chain management.
