Fifth, most college students choose to work in developed areas and high-paying departments, and less are willing to work in underdeveloped areas. Hard work is unwilling, and enjoyable work can't be found.

Sixth, college students lack job-hunting skills. Some students are often not confident enough, too nervous, and falter when answering questions, so they can't show their strength. Over time, employers will feel that college students are dishonest and lose confidence.
