Peng Xiaojun, 1962- 10, a native of Lixian County, Hunan Province, is an expert in fine chemical engineering, an academician of China Academy of Sciences, dean, professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Chemical Engineering, Dalian University of Technology.

Peng Xiaojun graduated from Dalian University of Technology on 1982, and then worked in Wuhan Dyestuff Factory.
