What do you think are the strategies to intervene the psychological crisis of college students?
The strategies of psychological crisis intervention for college students are as follows:

1, define the problem. To determine the psychological crisis from the victim's point of view, it is especially necessary to use listening skills in psychological counseling.

2. Ensure the safety of victims. Minimize the victims' physical and mental harm to themselves and others.

3. Provide support. Communicate with the victims and actively and unconditionally accept them.

4. Check alternative solutions. Most victims will think there is no way out. We should help victims know more ways and means to solve problems, make full use of environmental resources, adopt a positive coping style and use a constructive way of thinking, and finally choose and determine the methods to solve problems in time.

5. Make a plan. When making a plan, we should give full consideration to the victim's self-control ability and autonomy, and work out an action plan with the victim to eliminate their emotional imbalance.

6. Get a promise. Review the relevant plans and action plans, get honest and direct promises from the victims, and let the victims stick to the crisis intervention plan made for them.

College students' psychological crisis intervention is a systematic project, which must form a system. This system includes: social support system; Psychological crisis early warning system; Psychological crisis intervention system.
