Shanghai Electric Power University is a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning jointly established by the central government and Shanghai, which is mainly managed by Shanghai. It is the first batch of pilot institutions of the "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program" of the Ministry of Education, the construction unit of high-level local applied universities in Shanghai, and the first batch of demonstration universities in Shanghai to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
