Shaanxi Construction Engineering Corporation Staff University (hereinafter referred to as Shaanxi Construction Staff University) is an independent full-time public adult higher education institution approved by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and established by the Ministry of Education for the first time (the approval code of the Ministry of Education is 510/kloc-0). In 2000, it was approved by the Provincial Department of Education as one of the first colleges in China with the qualification of independent enrollment of higher vocational colleges, and it is the only construction vocational college in the province at present. The school has two campuses, Bianjia Village and Gong Jian Road, with superior environment and convenient transportation. The school has advanced and complete educational facilities, teachers and professional facilities, and a "double-qualified" teacher team composed of professional and technical personnel and management personnel with rich knowledge and teaching practice experience and reasonable title structure. In order to meet the development needs of higher vocational education, the school has modern multimedia classrooms, civil engineering construction, project cost budget and final accounts, project bidding, architectural decoration and other professional teaching and training bases. Over the years, the school has been employment-oriented, adhered to the concepts of accurate positioning, outstanding characteristics, standardized management and excellent quality, and explored a set of effective teaching and management models. In 2000, the school was rated as "the first-class qualification of construction training and management" by the Ministry of Construction, and has successively carried out post qualification training for builders, quality engineers, safety officers, supervisors, material engineers, cost engineers, surveyors and information workers in the construction industry. On August 20 1 1 year, the school was recognized by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security as a provincial-level continuing education base for professional and technical personnel in construction engineering. In September of the same year, it was recognized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development as one of the only three registered construction engineer continuing education and training bases in Shaanxi Province.
