Media College was established in 1995, and it is one of the five earliest colleges established in Shandong Normal University. It consists of audio-visual education department, audio-visual education museum and modern educational technology research institute. It also owns Shandong Modern Education Technology Training Center. Among them, the audio-visual education department focuses on teaching, the audio-visual education center focuses on public audio-visual education services and TV program production, the Institute of Modern Educational Technology focuses on scientific research and technology development, and the Shandong Modern Educational Technology Training Center is responsible for the training of educational technology professionals and full-time teachers of compulsory information technology courses in primary and secondary schools. There are 70 faculty members in Communication College, including 4 senior titles, 6 associate senior titles 16, 32 intermediate titles, 7 junior titles 1 1 person and 7 skilled workers. Master's degree 15, doctor's degree 3, master's tutor 7. At present, there are 480 undergraduates and 29 postgraduates. The School of Communication now has a major in educational technology. Since 1985, it has enrolled junior college students, since 1987, and since 199 1, it has enrolled graduate students. Since the establishment of this major, the Institute has been exploring and innovating in this field, formulated a school-running policy of strengthening theory, attaching importance to practice, keeping up with the forefront and facing the society, established a teaching system combining teaching, scientific research and production, and embarked on a school-running road of educational technology in line with China's national conditions, which has achieved remarkable social and economic benefits. A large number of professionals have been trained for TV stations, audio-visual libraries and schools at all levels, including 65438+ junior college students. At present, most of them have become the backbone of their respective jobs and made important contributions to the development of education in Shandong.
