University president's work and rest schedule
List of female presidents of MIT.
My schedule from Monday to Friday is usually like this:
8 o'clock: get up, have breakfast, feed the cat and get ready for class. If you stay up late the night before, you will get up 45 minutes before class.
9: 00 p.m. to 4: 00 p.m.: Class, study and homework.
I will take advantage of the gap between two classes every day to eat and do psets.
There is only one class on Friday. After class, I will go to the supermarket to replenish next week's food, and then continue to do psets.
4 pm to 12 pm: This time is mainly used for homework, part-time work and extracurricular activities. I did three jobs last semester, and I worked about 10 hours a week. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 3 pm to 5 pm, I will go to the remedial class as a teacher. I work in the library from 6 to 8 on Monday night, and sometimes I may work overtime. I will attend the meeting of the math group on Tuesday evening.
I will also attend the rehearsal of Shakespeare's Drama Club. The rehearsal time is usually from 6 pm on Victory Day to 10, or from 0 pm to 5 pm on weekends.
Friday night is the time for free activities. I will go to Boston, watch rehearsals of other drama clubs, and sometimes watch movies with my boyfriend.
24 o'clock to 8 o'clock in the morning: sleep! If I don't sleep for 8 hours, my energy will be greatly affected. Of course, the sleep time varies from person to person, and my sleep quality is not very good, so the time must be guaranteed.
Weekend arrangements are relatively free. I usually finish some simple learning tasks on weekends, such as reading reference books. But most weekends have nothing to do with study ~
2 MIT male principal schedule
Monday to Friday:
1. Get up half an hour before the first class starts, usually 10:30AM- 12:30PM. I like to stay up late to do my homework, so I always get up late in the morning. For me, 30 minutes is enough for me to get dressed, wash my clothes and get to the classroom. Like many classmates around me, I seldom eat breakfast.
2. attend class. Of course, I often skip classes by the end of the semester.
I usually get home at 4: 30 in the afternoon. Take a nap, sometimes go out with friends, and sometimes do homework.
I will attend the rehearsal of the choir every two nights.
5. It is usually used to do homework or study at night, but the learning efficiency is high or low. Sometimes I spend all night surfing the internet and going to reddit or something. . Or play games until two or three in the morning. During the period, I will talk with my classmates about recent current affairs, work situation and sometimes philosophy. . . Many people think that MIT students take all-night study as a routine, but in fact, during my three years at MIT, I only had five or six all-night study experiences.
6. I seldom work on Friday nights. This is my normal social time! Socialization = party:) Eat and chat with friends and date girlfriends. This is my life on Friday night.
I spend most of the weekend rehearsing for the choir, or going to Boston for dinner, watching movies or playing games.
Planning university life
First, find the driving force.
Everything needs motivation, and making plans is no exception. What do you want to achieve through this plan? This goal is certainly achievable, but it will cost some money. For example, challenging yourself and making money are all driving forces.
Just like reading a book, motivation is the sense of accomplishment after reading a book, and it is the feeling of soul collision between yourself and the characters in the book, such as traveling, which can bring you a new perspective. Bobby shows you the lifestyle of other people in the world, breaks your fixed thinking and experiences a different life.
Second, make a resume for yourself.
After graduation, college students are facing great pressure of life. Doing resume is an essential part of interview, postgraduate entrance examination and studying abroad. A good resume is refreshing and memorable. The process of making a resume will also let you find out what skills you lack and what experience you have. By making a resume, you can better understand yourself, improve yourself, and gradually make your plan more in line with your own situation.
Third, make changes.
The plan is not for people to see, but for implementation. Can fully stimulate your potential. According to the plan, you can change your current situation. The completion degree of the plan is your own change. So this plan can be realized, but at a certain price. Only when you have motivation can you change. Change is to get out of your comfort zone and re-establish your lifestyle. Get used to what you were not used to or didn't like to do before, and constantly break your inherent lifestyle.
Fourth, make a balance sheet.
Many times we have achieved the second point and even started the third point, but there is no way to go any further. This is because there is no good financial situation to support your change. Therefore, it is necessary to compare your monthly income and expenditure, record your consumption and spend your money accurately. Then learn to budget. If you can't pay all the bills and debts, don't buy luxury goods, especially when you are a student.
Planning life is more about making yourself excellent, and everything needs perseverance and perseverance. We plan to improve ourselves, instead of putting it on the shelf after writing, so Excellence begins with writing a plan.
