Xichang College is a full-time undergraduate college in Sichuan Province, which is also commonly known as two public colleges. On May 8, 2003, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Xichang Agricultural College, Xichang Normal College, Liangshan University and Liangshan Education College were merged and formed. It is the first batch of pilot universities in China to reform the education and training plan for outstanding agricultural and forestry talents.

As of 2065438+March 2008, the College covers an area of 1884 mu and is a "garden-style campus" in Sichuan Province. There are 16 secondary colleges and 1 teaching department of ideological and political theory courses, and 64 undergraduate majors, covering 9 disciplines such as agronomy, engineering, management, science, education, literature, art, economics and law.
