(2) The workload of academic tutors is calculated as per week 1 class hour and per semester 19 weeks. According to the assessment results and class fee standards, the school will issue academic tutor allowances to all colleges, and all colleges will issue them according to the work assessment level and the actual situation of the college.
(3) The college should establish academic tutor work files, discuss academic tutor work on a regular basis, and hold a meeting at least once every semester to inform information, study problems and exchange experiences.
(four) according to the specific situation of the academic tutorial system, the school organizes a student symposium or work experience exchange meeting every year to select advanced individuals of academic tutors and outstanding units of academic tutorial system.
